The Leipzig Convention Team is the first point of contact for organising your meeting or congress. Whether it’s choosing the right
hotels, meeting rooms or service providers,
local mobility solutions or the
supporting programme: once you have decided on Leipzig as the location, there are a number of things that need to be sorted out. We can relieve you of some of the typical tasks, provide you with expert advice, give you creative ideas and put you in touch with local players. All this is free of charge for you. As part of the
“Feel the spirit ... do-it-at-leipzig.de” congress initiative, the Leipzig Convention Team works closely with around 50 local and regional partners, including congress and event venues, conference hotels, service agencies, local PCOs and mobility partners. They are all united in their commitment to Leipzig as a conference destination and will support you as an event planner in planning, organising and implementing your event.
